Biology Question

A 250-word or less essay is required that explores any topic you learned about this semester. Specifically, identify a topic or disease that you found interesting (indicate lecture number or date) explain why you found it interesting, what aspects of it you would explore next and what you think the next break-through will be. You should include references, but they are outside of the word limit.

You should write about Alzheimer’s disease, I have attached the PowerPoint for this lecture below. It is lecture 17 and we studied it on week 12 of this semester. You must Include At least one primary paper and a reference article as citations.Do not just copy the powerpoint slides.

Rubric

Grading will be as follows:

1)identify a topic or disease that you find interesting (5 pts),

2)indicate lecture number or date (10 pts)

3) explain why you found it interesting (20 pts),

4) what aspects you would explore next (20 pts) and speculate on the next break-through (20 pts).

5) You will be awarded 10 pts for accurate spelling and grammar.

6)As references, you must have one primary paper and one review (15 pts) but they are outside of the word limit. Exceeding 300 words will result in loss of 20 pts.
